1. Reservations & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A valid form of identification and credit/debit card details are required to confirm reservations.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the chosen rate and reservation terms.
- Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the booking type. Please review the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 10:00 AM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact reception in advance for arrangements.
3. Identification
- All guests must present valid government-issued identification (such as a passport or driver’s license) upon check-in. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests without valid identification.
4. Accommodation & Facilities Usage
- Guests are expected to use the suites, apartments, and facilities responsibly and with care. Any damage to the property or equipment will be charged to the guest’s account.
- The use of the swimming pool, bar, and club is restricted to registered guests and invited visitors. Guests must adhere to specific rules for each facility.
5. Conduct & Behavior
- We maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our guests. Any disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, unlawful activities, or disturbance to other guests, may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the pool and bar areas.
6. Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed on the premises unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
7. Liability
- Mountain Top Suites and Apartments is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. We encourage guests to use in-room safes and exercise caution with valuables.
- Guests are responsible for their safety and that of their companions, especially when using facilities like the pool and club.
8. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal data provided during your stay or reservation process will be handled securely. We do not share guest information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
9. Event Bookings
- Event bookings for private parties, poolside events, or club reservations must be arranged in advance with our events team. Specific terms and conditions apply to each event booking, including deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and guest limits.

- We are not liable for any interruptions or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or strikes.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
